Yin Yoga
For deep stretch and calm. Enjoy a meditative slow-paced style of yoga that cultivates inner awareness. Poses are held for longer periods of time, ranging from 1 to 5 minutes. Passive stretching stretches connective tissue with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
