Kim Ward

RYT-200

I was exposed to yoga as a child as both my Grandmother and Mother practiced yoga.  Throughout my early life I came and went from my mat.  I knew the my mat wouldn’t ’judge me’ and would just ‘accept me’ when I was on it.  When I reached the age of 30, I never wanted to leave my mat again.  A beautiful person, Sharon Kovacs, suggested I should become a yoga instructor with Karen Claffey.  I am honoured to have completed Karen’s 200 hour yoga teaching training certificate and feel truly blessed to have been her student.  I have just completed a Restorative Yoga teacher training immersion with the wonderful Tianne Allan.  I am continually studying and learning.  My hope is that all my students will embrace the beauty of yoga and remember to smile.
