Veggie Sushi Rolling Cooking Class:

Menu: sushi rolls with veggie fillings 2 ways - Nori Maki and California Roll.
Vegan Cooking International - Italian:
Menu: Vegan Lasagna with Tofu "Riccotta", Roasted Eggplant and Zucchini layers, and Bechamel Topping, Karen's famous Herb Roasted Potatoes, and Mediterranean salad.

All Natural & Organic Ingredients
We use quality plant-based ingredients. We do not use any dairy or egg products, sugar or honey.
For desserts and sweeteners we use pure maple syrup, rice syrup, and/or birch-bark-sugar.
Fee including taxes per class: $44.00 ($38.94 + HST).

Your payment will not be processed until we have enough participants to run the class. You will be notified as soon as we are able to confirm that the class will go ahead, at which time your payment will be processed.
