Cancellation Policy

In the event you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice. This allows time to fill that time slot from the waiting list. Patients who give less than 24 hours notice, or do not show up for their appointment, will be required to pay the full treatment fee. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
