60-Minute Follow-up Appointment (after first 3 appts) Assessment & Treatment with Karen Claffey, D.O.M.P., CSAYT.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you are not able to keep your appointment we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows enough time to fill that time slot from the waiting list. If you are not able to give adequate notice or you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full treatment fee. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
