Covid-19 protocols are in place to serve you safely. Please adhere to the following guidelines prior to entering our premises.
As guided by our osteopath licensing association (NMOS - National Manual Osteopathic Society), therapists and patients must adhere to the following guidelines.
Reschedule If You Reply "Yes" To Any of These Questions:
Have you or someone you have come into contact with anyone who has attended any indoor or outdoor large group activities that includes people outside of your immediate household.
Have you traveled, or have come into contact with someone who has traveled in the last 14 days?
Have you come into contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, or who is awaiting testing?
Have you recently experienced, or are currently experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle aches and symptoms that may seem like a mild cold?
If you exhibit symptoms contact the Ontario Covid19 website for the information on how to get tested for COVID-19.
Patients are required to wear a mask.
Protective Wear Required:
Everyone is required to wear a mask.
If you do not have a mask we will provide you with a mask.
Appointment Spacing for Physical Distancing & Disinfecting:
The available number of time slots per day have been reduced to allow a 15-minute space between appointments, to ensure that there is no contact with other patients, and patients are able to maintain physical distance.
This is also to ensure time for disinfecting of surfaces between appointments.
Hand sanitizer will be provided for you upon entering and exiting.
If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait in your vehicle until the previous patient has exited and is in their vehicle.
Patients are asked to enter and wait in the entrance area. Do not ring the doorbell.
Your therapist will promptly come to greet you as soon as she is available.
Our premises will be disinfected between each patient.

We do accept cash however will not be able to provide change. Thank you for your understanding.
