ONLINE Cooking Classes Includes:

 

  • You will receive the list of ingredients in advance (upon registration) via email, so that you can cook along at home if you wish. 

  • You will also receive the recipes in advance in PDF format via email. 

  • Cooking classes include demonstration of the recipes from scratch, with the option of full student participation at home, or simply watch and learn. 

  • Feel free to interact, ask questions along the way! 

In Person Cooking Classes Includes:

 

  • Tastings of the recipes made in class.

  • Handouts of the recipes. 

  • Cooking classes include demonstrations with the option of full student participation.

All Natural & Organic Ingredients

  • We use the highest quality plant-based ingredients.

  • We do not use any dairy or egg products, sugar or honey. For desserts and sweeteners we use pure maple syrup, rice syrup, and/or birch-bark-sugar.

 

Registration

 

Fees including taxes per class:

 

  • 2-Hour classes: $44.00 ($38.94 + HST). 

  • Vegan Dairy & Sushi Rolling (approx 75 minutes): $33.00 ($29.20 + HST)

  • For ONLINE classes, upon receipt of payment you will receive your list of ingredients, and your recipe PDF via email. 

 

  • Your payment will not be processed until we have enough participants to run the class. You will be notified as soon as we are able to confirm that the class will go ahead, at which time your payment will be processed. 

 

Space is limited. First come, first serve. Minimum of 6 participants to run any class.

Delicious Plant-Based Proteins 

  • Menu: Brazilian Black Beans, Chickpea Curry, Lentil Mushroom Walnut Patties, Asian Tempeh, Ginger Tofu.

Divine Desserts

  • Learn to make incredible desserts without eggs, butter, and sugar, using healthy replacements like flax, maple syrup and vegan ingredients.

Medicinal Cooking for Wellness

  • Natural Detox Immunity Boost Menu: Brown Rice with Black Sesame Gomashio; Miso Soup with Shiitake, Squash & Wakame*; Arame* with Carrots & Onions; Tempeh & Leeks.

Vegan Dairy 

  • Menu: vegan cheese and yogurt from scratch​​ 

 

Veggie Sushi Rolling Cooking Class 

  • Menu: sushi rolls with veggie fillings 2 ways - Nori Maki and California Roll.​

Vegan Cooking International:  

  • Asian: General Tso's Tofu, Orange Tempeh, Stir Fried Jasmine Rice and Vegetables, Japanese Arame Salad. 

  • Italian: Vegan Lasagna with Tofu "Riccotta", Roasted Eggplant and Zucchini layers, and Bechamel Topping, Karen's famous Herb Roasted Potatoes, and Mediterranean salad.​
