• Wednesdays: 11:15 am to 5:00 pm  /  Effective Jun 1st, 2024: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm 

• Thursdays: 10:30 am to 5:30 pm  /  Effective Jun 1st, 2024: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm 

• Fridays: 11:15 am to 6:00 pm  /  Effective Jun 1st, 2024: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm 

• Saturdays: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm  /  Effective Jun 1st, 2024: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm 

 

When booking online, if you do not find an appointment that meets your schedule, or requires a longer wait than desired, please contact Karen directly via email or phone 905-664-9099, to be added to the waiting list as time slots may become available in the case of a cancellation.

Osteopathy Rates:

Manual Osteopathy is subject to 13% HST effective October 2020 Ontario Gov Mandate. 

​

55-Minute Appointments for Adults:

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd appointments: $130.00

• Follow-Up Appts: $120.00

​

25-Minute Appointments for Child or Infant:​

• 25-Min Initial Appt: $85.00

• 25-Min Follow-Up: $80.00

Payment Methods:

• We are set up for Automatic Deposit with e-transfer to: admin@heaven-onearth.ca​ / no password required. 

• ​Effective July 1st, 2023 credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge, and debit card payments are subject to a 1% surcharge. 

• Cash (no coins accepted or given for change, round up to closest $5).

Cancellation Policy​:

In the event you are not able to keep your appointment we ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice. This allows enough time to fill that time slot from the waiting list. In the event that you give less than 24 hours notice, or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full treatment fee. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Note: Patients who's last appointment was more than 12 months prior are required to book as a 1st Appt.
