Our Yoga and TRX classes offer an innovative experience designed to improve and maintain your health, physical fitness and overall wellness. Our certified yoga teachers are trained in therapeutic applications of yoga that will elevate, and deepen, your practice. We welcome all genders, ages, orientations, colours and faiths. 


We specialize in small-group classes, limited to 8 participants (7 for restorative yoga) to allow for personalized attention.

  • Yoga: 5 Classes $100 | 10 Classes $180

  • TRX: 5 Classes $120 | 10 Classes $220

    e-transfer to / no password required. 

  • cash, debit or credit card in person

Effective July 1st, 2023: 

credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge

debit card payments are subject to a 1% surcharge.   


For Don's or Trish's class:

  • cash only

  • 5-Classes are to be used up within 6 weeks, 10-classes are to be used up within 12 weeks.
    If not, the package changes to the equivalent fee for drop-in classes.

Get Your Doctor's Blessing

Consult your doctor or health care provider before beginning any new exercise program. Karen Claffey and the Heaven on Earth teachers, staff and associates assume no responsibility for your health and/or condition in any way. The information, guidance and instruction offered in our classes, via our web site, television/DVD series, YouTube videos, and/or media exposure is educational entertainment, and is not to be considered as professional advice. Please take responsibility for your own well being!


Attending Your First Class: 

Please complete and print the Registration Form PDF beforehand and bring it with you. If you don't have access to a printer, we have forms onsite you may fill out in person prior to your first class. 

Yoga and TRX is Non-Competitive

Do not compete or compare your yoga practice to others. Each of us has a unique physical, emotion, mental and spiritual makeup, which is determined by our genetics, lifestyle, diet and environment, as well as our attitudes and beliefs about life and our purpose for being here. Therefore our health and fitness capabilities, preferences and requirements are unique and personal. Celebrate! You are a special human being and there is no one exactly like you! Honor and listen to your body.


Practice on an Empty Stomach

We recommend that you wait at least three hours after eating before practicing yoga. If absolutely necessary, have juice or fruit, or very light food that will digest quickly enough prior to class. Sip water as needed during class. Drink plenty of water after class as needed.


Disconnect from the Outside World - Reconnect with Your Inner World

Turn off your cell phone and/or leave all cell phones and mobile devices outside the yoga room. This is for your peace of mind and wellbeing as well as those around you.


What to Bring:

It is preferable for you to have your own sticky-mat. Yoga mats can be purchased at most department stores. (We have a few spare yoga mats in case.)


What to Wear:

Dress in something light and comfortable that is easy to breath and move in such as casual clothing that gives you full range of motion.  We recommend wearing clothing such as for exercise: a tank top or t-shirt; and shorts, yoga pants or tights. Keep in mind that you do not want your top or T-shirt to be very baggy so that it does not fall in your face when you bend over.
