  • gentle yoga postures

  • breathing techniques

  • restorative yoga

  • meditation and mindfulness

Private Yoga Schedule

Mondays 12:00 to 1:00 pm

Wednesdays 2:30 to 3:30 pm

Fee p/ Hour: $80​.00

Scheduling Policy
  • Appointment changes and cancellations are requested at least 48 hours in advance

  • Cancellations received after 24 hours notice will be charged in full for the session.
