YOGA COVID19 PROTOCOLS

Updated Aug 10th, 2021 at 5:00 pm

Covid-19 protocols are in place to serve you safely. Please read and adhere to the following guidelines prior to entering our premises.

Please Get Tested and/or Stay Home If You Reply "Yes" To Any of These Questions:

  1. Ontario Health recommends getting tested if you have attended any indoor or outdoor large group activities that includes people outside of your original 5-person bubble. While the Ontario government is allowing up to 50 to gather for outdoor events, and also has expanded the bubble to 10, they also caution that these loosened regulations pose a high risk of spreading the virus.

  2. Have you traveled, or have come into contact with someone who has traveled in the last 14 days?

  3. Have you recently experienced, or are currently experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle aches and symptoms that may seem like a mild cold?

  • If you exhibit signs of illness contact the Ontario Covid19 website for info on how to assess yourself for the COVID-19 virus.
